The National Democratic Congress has been hit by a heavy blow as a former Head of National Security during the Provisional National Defence Council (PNDC) regime has passed on.

Sources disclosed that the man who is one of the founding members of the NDC died on Saturday 20th November 2021.
In a statement from the family signed by Col. Joshua Agbotui (RTD) and Fui Tsikata stated that in accordance with the wishes of Mr. Kojo Tsikata the family will make arrangement for a private family funeral.
He died at aged 85.
