Famous political activist Kwame A Plus has finally dropped real reason why Dr. Anyah was relieved of his duties as the Chief Executive Officer of the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital.
Kwame Asare Obeng well known as A Plus said the Doctor was sacked because he tried to block leakages in revenue which was through corrupt means at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital.
He mentioned that Dr. Anyah proposed the digitilization of the entire institution which was welcomed by the Vice President, Dr. Bawumia but some individuals for their selfish gains fought against it.
”The main reason Dr. Anyah was sacked from Korle Bu Teaching Hospital was that he wanted to digitise the entire institution. I personally arranged and sat in a meeting between the Vice President and management of Korle Bu at the presidency where we discussed amongst other things a proper hospital management software that will drastically reduce the leakages in the system and increase IGF (Internally generated fund)”.
”Though the Vice President was excited and gave us his support, some people from Jubilee House were not enthused by the digitalization idea because the were benefiting from the mess; to the extent that Dr. Anyah was sacked, he said.
