The administration of the Ghana Police Service has announced that it will use legal means to interrogate the Madina MP Francis-Xavier Sosu following the refusal of the Speaker of Parliament, Alban Bagbin to release him to assist investigations.
Apparently police are pursuing the lawmaker following his alleged involvement in a protest in his constituency which led to the unlawful road blockade and destruction of properties.
Reports that have gone viral on the web is that on Sunday, 31st October, lawyer Sosu while at Church was arrested by the police following his involvement in the protest but police has denied storming the church premise to issue an arrest.
