A former member of the opposition National Democratic Congress Koku Anyidoho has advised a former Deputy Finance Minister and NDC stalwart, Dr. Kwabena Duffour to go ahead and lead the party in the 2024 election if only he is interested.

Priorto Mr. Anyidoho’s advise there has been rumours that the former Governor of Bank of Ghana, Dr. Duffour will compete with ex-President John Dramani Mahama internally on the party’s flagbearership position.
Koku Anyidoho commenting on whether or not Dr. Duffour is interested in the party’s flagbearer position tweeted; ”If he is interested in Leading the NDC; let him come”.
He made this comment while sharing a photo of the former Governor of Bank of Ghana.
