The General Secretary of the ruling New Patriotic Party(NPP) John Boadu has said that the activities of gay and lesbians cannot be approved in the country.
Speaking in an interview on Neat FM he said no member of his party supports the same-s3x marriage in Ghana and would never support it.
“Let me make this short for you, no NPP member is in support of man-to-man marriage or any activities of the LGBTQ+ community,” he stated in an interview with Akwesi Aboagye.
Meanwhile Akoto Ampaw has said that although he is a lawyer for the President of Ghana, his stance on the anti-gay bill is not the opinion of the President.
