Famous Ghanaian Hiplife artiste, Reggie Rockstone has disclosed that his beef with Shatta Wale was more of a blessing to him.
Months ago Shatta Wale was seen ranting on social media blasting Reggie Rockstone for still living in his father’s house even at his age despite all the money and opportunities that came his way from the music.
Reggie Rockstone who spoke in an interview on Kingdom FM noted that his clash with Shatta Wale was more of advertisement for him as it helped boost his Waakye sales.
”I’m not going to lie to you but God works in mysterious ways, he mentioned my Waakye and then from there my Waakye just blew. A number of people didn’t know I sell Waakye meanwhile I have been selling Waakye for over ten years. At the time that he mentioned it, it gave me a new audience”.
”I also understand the game so when he mentioned it, I started talking about my Waakye and afterwards I released the jar Waakye and it caught fire.”
Speaking on whether he has shown appreciation to the SM boss for playing a role in the growth of his business he stated that Shatta hasn’t been there since.
