Director of Elections for the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) Elvis Afriyie Ankrah has said that President Nana Addo’s hands are stained with blood and for that reason he is not qualified to build a place of worship for God.
He strongly believes that the death of innocent Ghanaians before, during and after the 2020 election should only be put on the President’s head.
Due to the afore mentioned reason he says the President is not qualified to build a Cathedral.
The NDC’s Director of Elections brought this to book when he appeared before the Keypoints aired on TV3/3FM to discuss some electoral reforms that has been introduced by his party.
Mr. Afriyie Ankrah in the course of the discussion stated that the NDC won the 2020 Parliamentary election but the ruling New Patriotic Party killed some innocent elections to overturn the results.
“For us, the elections were stolen. When [the NPP] realised they were losing, they deployed thugs wearing military uniforms, some wearing beards with earrings and they went and shot innocent people and stole the votes”, he stated.
“Those are the facts and the President of this republic has not been able to say anything about it.
“Blood is on his hands and he is building a cathedral. He has blood on his hands,” he added.
