The former Deputy General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Samuel Koku Anyidoho has said that he shall not be pushed out of the NDC for reasons borne out of nothing but malicious perfidy.
He made this comment in a letter written to Johnson Asiedu Nketia which was copied to the Speaker of Parliament Alban Bagbin and Mr. ET Mensah.
“I shall not be pushed out of the NDC for reasons borne out of nothing but malicious perfidy,” he wrote.
In the letter Mr. Anyidoho has given the General Secretary of the NDC, Johnson Asiedu Nketia 72 hours to reverse his expulsion and also set aside the recommendations of the Disciplinary Committee against him.
He also challenged Mr. Nketia to come out with evidence which indicates that he created problems while serving as Presidential Spokesperson under Professor Mills’ administration.
In the letter to Mr. Asiedu dated 18th August 2021, Mr Anyidoho threatened to seek redress in the courts of law that are characteristically, not partial to exercising equity and fairness in all matters if Mr. Nketia fails to accede to his demand.
“I hope that you shall accede to my demand such that in line with the spirit of the Constitution of the NDC, we are able to bring finality to this matter internally. Else, I shall be forced to seek redress in the courts of law that are characteristically, not partial to exercising equity and fairness in all matters,” he noted.
