Deputy General Secretary of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) has said that he would prefer that God will take his life instead of NDC wining election in 2024.
Speaking on Okay FM he stated that his comment is borne out of how the party handles the country whenever it is in power.
He stressed that at his age he would be okay if his life is taken than watch the NDC to mishandle the country.
He stated categorically that no matter who the leader will be under NDC’s administration, Ghana will never move forward in terms of development as far as the traditions of the NDC is concerned.
Obiri Boahen expressed optimism that his party will win the 2024 general elections.
According to him the the NPP will retain power in 2024 because it has contributed immensely towards the growth of Ghana.
