A man reportedly to be in his 50s has reportedly been murdered and and dumped in a river at Asiakwa in East Akyem District of the Eastern Region of Ghana.
According to Kwaku Ansah, an Angel FM correspondent in the Area at about 6:28 am on Thursday someone reached him and told him someone has died in the river and so he went with the community police to the scene.
Upon reaching there they found that indeed the man has died like they were told earlier. He noted that he went to the scene with a community police, the assembly man and his community members.
He narrated that when the mortal remains of the man was brought out they realize he was wounded at the edge of his mouth and was also bleeding from his nostrils.
When asked whether they recognize the man as a member of the community he stated that he is not a member of the community.
