The Deputy General Secretary of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) Peter Boama Otokunor has labeled the killing of social media activist, Kaaka as a state-sponsored attack.
In a tweet, the politician condemned the barbaric murder of Kaaka in Ejura in the Ashanti region of Ghana.
He made this comment following the recent murder of a social media activist who is equally a #fixthecountry advocate.
The murder of Kaaka compelled the youth of Ejura to embark on a peaceful protest. But unfortunately the police and military invaded the area to restore the order which led to the killing of two more people in addition to Kaaka.
”I condemn in no uncertain terms the dastard killing of #FixTheCountry activist, Ibrahim “Kaaka” Mohammed. This culture of state sponsored murder and wanton impunity borne out political intolerance must die prematurely. We cannot allow this trend to continue. #justice4kaaka”, he tweeted.
