Sensational Ghanaian Highlife and Afrobeats vocalist, Kidi, has officially responded to his missing out on the artiste of the year award at the just finished VGMA 2022.
Kidi who won 4 great honors at the function couldn’t win the overall award ” Artist Of The Year” as he suspected he would.
In the wake of taking his third honor, the sensational vocalist told the the massive crowd he will be back indicating that he will be going home with the most decorative honor for the evening.
In spite of the fact that he was back for a fourth honor, the Artiste of the Year went to Diana Hamilton. Notwithstanding the misfortune, Kidi took to his twitter handle to compliment Diana Hamilton for winning the honor.
Kidi took to the microblogging platform and tweeted with caption;
”To God be the Glory. Thank you Ghana. Huge congrats Aunty Diana”
