Two of the gun-wielding men in viral video who were arrested by the police and kept in custody have been granted bail by Kumasi Circuit Court 3.
According to 3news.com, Emmanuel Dakorah and Richard Suleman have been granted bail of GHS50,000 each with two sureties.
The men were charged publication of false news with an intent to cause fear and alarm following weapons that they were seen with in a viral video.
Chief Superintendent Kofi Blagoggie, prosecutor prayed that court to keep the suspects in custody for another two weeks as the police is still investigating the matter.
He added that the police is still looking for the two pistols which the suspects claimed to have burnt.
But the lawyer representing the suspects, Charles Owusu Ansah objected to the prayer.
The presiding judge, His Honour Ebenezer Kwaku Ansah agreed with the defence lawyer.
