Latest report gathered by our outfit indicates that Ghana has started the way toward getting a permit to cultivate Indian hemp (weed).
In a report put together by Graphiconline.com and chanced on by Pinaxnews.com, the Narcotics Control Commission’s Head of Communications and Media Relations, Francis Opoku Amoah, showed that cannabis production may be legalized in Ghana very soon.
As per him, the commission is currently submitting to Parliament a Legislative Instrument (LI) laying out how to fit the bill for a cannabis cultivation permit.
Some African countries casted a ballot in 2020, through public law, to permit the production and export of cannabis for restorative and scientific uses.
