Report reaching us has it that Achimota School has finally agreed to admit the two Rasta Students, Tyron Iras and Oheneba Nkrabea despite its earlier position of refusing to admit the students.
Attorney General Godfred Yeboah Dame has revealed that Achimota School has already filed a stay of execution after meeting the Education Ministry and management of the school including the board. The Education Minister asked that they withdraw the stay and admit the students and he expects that to be done which the school has agreed on.
Meanwhile prior to the meeting with the Education, Ministry Achimota School rejected the court’s order to admit the students and disclosed its intention of appealing the decision of the court.
It appears the Rasta students are gradually winning this case in their favour as the School finally agrees to admit them.
