A tutor with the Achimota school identified as Clifford Nkrumah has allegedly committed suicide. This comes few days after the school filed an appeal to contest the Rastafarian students case.

The unfortunate death of the 48-year-old Physics tutor is being investigated by the Accra Regional Police Command.
The 48-year-old according to police report was found hanging on the ceiling in his room on Thursday September 16, 2021.
According to the Public Relations Officer of the Accra Regional Police Command, DSP Juliana Obeng noted that the tutor was found hanging in his room in the school on Thursday.
The mortal remains has since been deposited at the Police Hospital for autopsy.
