Ghanaian International Footballer ‘Abdul Majeed Waris’ Funds The Construction Of A Deplorable Road In His Hometown

Abdul Majeed Waris is a Ghanaian professional footballer who plays as a striker for Strasbourg and the Ghanaian national team.

Latest report gathered by our outfit indicates that the sensational Ghanaian striker is financing the grading and asphalting of the principal road in Lamashegu, Tamale after locals whined about the helpless nature of the road.

The road which connects Lamashegu, Nyohani, and Sagnarigu has been in a woeful state for quite sometime now as government is yet to work on but but guess what, through the Abdul Majeed Waris Foundation, the road will be constructed to the people who have been complaining bitterly about it.

The Warris foundation took to its offical Twitter page and tweeted some pictures of the ongoing construction of the road with caption;

”As natives and non-natives had bitterly complained about the poor nature of this road, our founder, @warisgh10 as part of his philanthropic works is funding the grading of this road in Lamashegu,Tamale a community he was born and raised in the Northern part of Ghana”
