Abdulai Issaka Achalicaab, a notorious armed robber at Sandema has been arrested on 8th January 2022 by the Special Anti-Robbery Squad and Surveillance team of the Upper East Regional Police Command. According to report by the police, Abdulai Issaka Achalicaab has been behind a number of robbery incidents at Sandema, Fumbisi and it's surroundings.
