The Karneshie District Court in Accra has adjourned the case involving the member of Parliament for Madina lawyer Fancis Xavier Sosu. This comes after the prosecution told the court on 8th November that a letter has been sent too them from Speaker of Parliament Alban Bagbin indicating that the MP is on Parliamentary duties out of Ghana.
