The former Deputy General Secretary of the NDC and the Executive Officer of Atta Mills Institue has disclosed that the initiative to build hospitals across the country was keen under Professor Mills' administration.
Speaking in an interview with Okay FM on the Ghana Montie show he commended Nana Akufo-Addo for the agenda 111 initiative.
