Captain Smart Arrested For Making Comments That Threatens Ghana’s Peace And Security
Award winning media personality, Blessed Godsbrain Smart well known as Captain Smart has been arrested by the Nima Police on Thursday 2nd December 2021.
According to a statement by the Police he was arrested for making unsavory pronouncements that hinge on Peace and Security of Ghana.
The police further said that the host of the Onua TV show host has been cautioned on the offence of offensive conduct conducive to breaches of the peace as provided under section 207 of the Criminal Act, 1960 (Act 29).
