A directive has been given to Mobile Money agents to perform their services with their customers under their usual charges. This directive came from the office of the Mobile Money Agents Association of Ghana (MMAAG) following a meeting it had with officials of the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA). Some suspected gun men have attacked and shot dead a mobile money vendor at Okorase near Koforidua in the Eastern Region of Ghana. The deceased, 36 known as Solomon Arhin is reported to be walking home with a friend when these suspected armed men attacked them but the friend was able to run off.
