Sad!! Zambia’s First President ‘Kenneth Kaunda’ Dies At Age 97
Latest information reaching our outfit indicates that Kenneth Kaunda, Zambia's first president and one of the last generation of the age of African pioneers who battled colonialism, has passed on at age 97.
Kaunda was reportedly admitted to a tactical medical clinic in the capital, Lusaka, on Monday experiencing pneumonia. His associates said he didn't have Covid-19.
During the 1950s, Kaunda was a critical figure in what was then Northern Rhodesia's freedom development from Britain.
