Court Nullifies Election of Assin North MP
Assin North MP who contested election on the ticket of the National Democratic Congress in the 2020 election, James Gyakye Quayson has had his mandate being nullified by a Cape Coast High Court.
On Wednesday 28th July 2021, the court directed for a fresh election to be held in the constituency for a new member of Parliament to be elected for the area.
