A directive has been given to Mobile Money agents to perform their services with their customers under their usual charges. This directive came from the office of the Mobile Money Agents Association of Ghana (MMAAG) following a meeting it had with officials of the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA). The meeting was held following the 10 percent tax that was imposed on cash-out service by GRA.
