Ghana's former ambassador to China Dr. Charles Dwamena has asked the youth and delegates of the Upper East region on Sunday 3rd October to have faith in the NPP government as it will lead the country into prosperity.
He made this comment while speaking with some delegates at the Annual Upper East Regional Delegates conference held at Bolgatanga GNAT hall.
