A viral video chanced on by our outfit captures shocking moment a Chinese man received the beatings of his life after he attacked a black man who was on his official duties.
As to where the incident occurred we cannot tell but what we have gathered is that the black man was conducting a safety meeting and out of nowhere, the Chinese man interrupted. He kicked the file from the hands of the black man and guess what, the black man also retaliated with full force.
