Ghana has banned poultry importation from neighbouring countries that have detected cases of bird flu. This comes after Ghana also detected the out break of bird flu in 3 regions including Greater Accra Region, Central Region and Volta Region. The Ministry of Food and Agriculture has announced that bird flu has hit three regions in Ghana. The three regions are Greater Accra, Central Region and Volta Region.
