Emmanuel Agyei Anwhere who was reportedly beaten yesterday when a disturbance erupted after the MCE nominee for Juaben was rejected a second time by the assembly members has accused the rejected nominee Mr. Alexander Sarfo Kantanka for sending thugs to manhandle him.
