A private legal practitioner identified as Justice Abdullai, has boldly disclosed that Greater Accra Regional Minister Henry Quartey didn't have the power to remove the freedoms of tricycles operators prevalently known as "Aboboyaa" by placing a ban on them.
The private legal practitioner disclosed that the operators can sue the Minister or the public authority following the choice to shorten their activities.
