theanimalhilemakumu on TikTok, has almost 140,000 followers on the platform, with a whopping 1.5 million likes across his videos.

Despite his popularity on the platform, a number of his videos have been flagged with a content warning, indicative of the serious health risks posed by altering his upper arms.

Although he has used the account to share other content, he seems to be showing his modified appearance which looks very weird. Not even Arnold Schwarzenegger no Van -Dam can be matched.

One video of him dancing and flexing his muscles has left viewers shocked over the drastically-altered size of his biceps.

One user said on Twitter: ‘They call him the punisher…they even say when he sleeps at night, he doesn’t lock the doors.’

Another quipped: ‘How tf does he wear shirts.’

A third commented: ‘He got them inflatable SpongeBob arms.’

It comes after an ex-Russian soldier nicknamed ‘Popeye’ for his artificially huge biceps had 3lb of dead muscle removed by surgeons in 2019.

Kirill Tereshin, 23, was warned he could die or face amputation if he did not get rid of the three litres of petroleum jelly he injected into each arm.

Tereshin enlarged his biceps by 10 inches in just 10 days after injecting ‘litres’ of synthol into his arms.

Use of synthol can lead to embolisms in the lungs, strokes, cysts and ulcers.

Prior to having the dead muscle removed, Tereshin was defeated in the space of three minutes in an MMA bout against Oleg Mongol in Siberia back in October 2019.

Footage of the ‘crazy’ fight shows Tereshin scrapping with his opponent in the city of Abakan before he is forced to the ground.

His opponent, 20 years his senior, settled the fight by clasping an elbow to his throat – an attack which could be deemed illegal under Russian MMA rules.

However, Tereshin conceded and the fight was over within three minutes.

Surgeon Dmitry Melnikov, who removed the substance from Tereshin’s arms, warned against the practice, stating: ‘Petroleum jelly saturates the muscles, under skin tissues and the skin itself.’

‘I think Kirill did not fully realise the consequences of what he had been doing,’ he added.
