Tiwa Savage, a popular musician, has encouraged unmarried women not to be a ‘understanding girlfriend’ to guys who are unwilling to spend a lot of money on them.
While not condoning prostitution, the mother of one and’ somebody’s kid’ crooner stated that it is preferable for women to grieve in luxury items when things go wrong, emphasising that men would always break their hearts anyhow.
Tiwa Savage remarked in a video that went viral on social media, “I’m not encouraging runs, I’m not saying you should go after a man just for his money, but I’m saying it’s sweet when you also spend your money.”
“As you can see, I have my own money.” So all I’m saying is that you must equal my intensity. Because they will always shatter your heart. So, it’s better for you to cry in Dubai with your Christian Dior and Birkin bag and private jet, or no, we don’t travel to Dubai anymore.”
This isn’t the first time the singer has given her followers advise on issues of the heart. She warned women in March 2023 to be aware of guys who always return to them after leaving, since it’s not as benign as it appears.
