Ghanaian Gospel Musician Diana Asamoah has finally reacted to the termination of her contract by her record label Frimprince Music Production after working with them for 22 years. The sad news was announced Yesterday by the CEO of the Record label identified as Emmanuel Anane Frimpong.
The record label also banned her from performing any of their songs that was recorded when under them. The record label also seized her accounts on all digital platforms. According to them, Diana Asamoah has breached her contract with them hence making it difficult for them to have a smooth relationship.
However Diana Asamoah has reacted the termination of her contract and according to her, She only had a verbal agreement with the record label and not on proper contract but then she agreed to stop working with the Frimprince Record label.
In a statement released by the Gospel Musician, she has indicated that she is the rightful owner of the song and that the record label isnt the owner of her songs as they stated earlier hence they cannot stop her from performing it at any event as the songs were even written by one Pastor Simon Boama.
