Our Government Has Achieved A lot Inspite of Challenges – Bawumia

The Vice President, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, has said that inspite of the persistent overall monetary crisis, which seriously influences the Ghanaian economy in the past two and half years, the NPP government has chalked various astonishing victories in various regions.

Talking at the century recognition ship off of Accra Senior High School, Dr. Bawumua surrendered the monetary challenges the country is at present defying, which he said has been a result of the for the most part overall financial crisis, coming about in light of the combined effects Coronavirus pandemic, the contention in Ukraine among various components.

Dr. Bawumia saw, that the NPP government has made outstanding strides in various regions, which are making gigantic impacts.

“Inspite of the economic challenges, which is as a result of factors including covid-19 and the Russia-Ukraine war, many people turn to forget the many good things our government has done, which are making a significant impact,” he said.

“We have achieved many significant things, which are firsts in the history of our country,” he added.

The Vice President then, recorded different techniques and interventions the governemnt has successfully achieved in different regions since expecting office in 2017.

On guidance, Dr. Bawumia said the public authority sees the significance of an educated people, and its steady interest nearby, especially Free SHS, inspite of the hardships, is having gigantic impact in many homes.

“So far so good, the Free SHS and the Free TVET are benefitting tens and thousands of many Ghanaian young children and alleviating the burdens of families,” Dr. Bawumia said.

“As a result of Free SHS, more girls have enrolled and there is now significant gender parity in the enrollment of Free SHS.”
