Following Prempeh College’s win at the just ended National Science and Maths Quiz, Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II has encouraged Prempeh College to continue to be an epitome of excellence in Education when the three contestants at the NSMQ paid him a courtesy call.
Otumfuo’s words of encouragement comes few days after the President of Ghana Nana Akufo-Addo applauded Prempeh College for wining the 2021 NSMQ.
After beating Presec Legon and Keta School to win the 2021 NSMQ on Friday 26th November 2021, Prempeh College presented the trophy to Otumfuo Osei Tutu II at his Palace in Manhyia at an official ceremony.
Otumfuo complimented the Quiz mistress Professor Elsie Kaufmann for her contribution as well as the Managing Director Nana Akua Ankomah-Asare and the coordinator Mr. Stephen Yankee.
The Asantehene appreciated the efforts of the contestants and said he was proud for becoming the champions through hard work.
