A video of the captain of the Ghana Black Stars, Andre Dede Ayew advising the team on what they need to do if they do not have the courage to press on.
In the video they seemed to be in the changing room where Ayew was heard advising team members to take their bag and head home as soon as the team lands in Ghana.
According to him some team members lack the courage and confidence and for that matter takes criticism from Ghanaians so serious that it becomes hard for them to perform.
He noted that if any member of the team has that trait then it will only be wise the person heards home.
He is said to have given this advice after Ghana drew against Ethiopia.
