Recall we reported during the early hours of 4th November 2021 that the Adentan Circuit Court has issued a bench warrant for the arrest of CEO of defunct Mengold and Zylofon media.
The warrant comes following the failure of NAM1 and the two others to appear in Court.
The warrant was for the arrest of both Nana Appiah Mensah and his accomplices Gabriel Kwabenaga aka Gabby and Eric Amponsah Bediako.
The charge leveled against them was conspiracy to defraud by false pretense.
Apparently NAM 1 went for some cars from a business mogul which summed up to GHS210,000 the cars they went for is termed as car loan on high purchase but couldn’t pay his side of the deal.
After the court issued the arrest of the CEO, he has been arrested few hours ago.
