Ghanaian actress and socialite, Efia Odo has seized the opportunity to remind Vice President of Ghana on the kind of language he was using when he was in opposition.
Apparently when the New Patriotic Party (NPP) was in opposition Alhaji Mahamudu Bawumia used a statement like ”“If the fundamentals are weak the exchange rate will expose you”.
Fast forward in 2021, actress Efia Odo has observed that the cedi to dollar exchange rate has risen exponentially hence there is the need to remind the Veep of his own comment.
According to the actress who agreed with the Vice President statement, she noted that his statement is still applicable i 2021 because $1 is equivalent to GHC6.1.
She made this comment via a tweet and this has got some twitter folks concluding that Efia Odo belongs to the National Democratic Congress.
