Josephine Payin Mensah who faked her pregnancy and kidnap days ago at Takoradi in the Western Region of Ghana has disclosed she bought the silicon belly which she wore to deceive every that she was pregnant for only GHS30.
Josephine who got many Ghanaians worried and alarmed following news of her kidnap said she bought the silicon belly at the Takoradi market circle but as part of faking her kidnap she disposed of it while on the Takoradi Agona Nkwanta road.
She also disclosed that the MTN number 0599601438 which the acclaimed kidnappers used in calling her mother to request for a ransom was an old SIM card belonging to her but she later threw it away.
Yesterday, 27th September 2021, the accused person was in court and her confessions were contained in her statement which was attached to charges filed.
Josephine had made Ghanaians to believe that she was pregnant and was kidnapped but after further investigation it was found that she played a big prank on everyone.
