Kasoa Ritual Killing: Court adjourn case after Investigators failed to produce evidence in court

The Kaneshie Magistrate court has adjourned the hearing of the Kasoa Killers who killed an 11 year old boy for rituals purposes after investigators failed to produce evidence in court

The matter which was headed by Rosemond Dodua Agyiri in court said she could not proceed with the hearing unless the investigators present themselves in court.

Nana Adomaa Osei, the senior state Attorney informed the court that the investigator of the case was on his way with the exhibits and asked that the court allow them sometime for the exhibits to be presented in court so they can proceed with the case

Because the case has been delayed for an hour, Her worship madam Rosemond Agyiri refused to grant Nana Adomaa the request. She then warned that the Investigator present the exhibit on time on Monday the 16th of August or be penalized

In her words, she said” You are already late by more than an hour, I would not stand down the case for for few minutes. Because if I start this case, I wont take any excuse”
