We Have Been Itching To Expel Anyidoho From The Party-Asiedu Nketia Reveals

The General Secretary of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) Asiedu Nketia has said that executives of the party were itching to see the expulsion of its former Deputy General Secretary, Samuel Koku Anyidoho.

Speaking in an interview on Citi FM, he noted that Koku Anyidoho had severally declined the party’s invitation to face the disciplinary committee in order to exercise his right to fair trail.

The General Secretary further said that the party had nothing else to do but to sack Anyidoho for disrespecting the party’s legal process which he could have leveraged on to explain his side of what led to being accused of putting up anti-party behaviour.

”Our members were impatient. His constituents couldn’t wait for him to be expelled but as a party that believes in the right to fair fair trail, we wrote to him to avail himself to our disciplinary committee but he declined every invitation.”

”He didn’t show up so we were left with no other option than to expel him from the party”, Asiedu Nketia added.
