Ghana’s Economy Recovering Faster-Nana Akufo-Addo

The President of the republic of Ghana Nana Akufo-Addo has applauded his administration over measures it is putting in place to ensure that Ghana’s economy stands on its feet.

Last year, Nana Addo said that his government is good at bringing the economy to life but not bringing people back to life. Despite this some people have complained that Ghana’s economy is yet to stand on its feet.

The President of Ghana joined some Muslims at the National Mosque Complex at Kanda on Tuesday to celebrate Eid festival and he seized the opportunity to say that the country’s economy is recovering faster than many countries.

”Our country is making a faster economic recovery in comparison to many across the world with our economy expanding 3.1 percent in the first quarter of 2021”.

”In many economies around the world, due to Covid-19 governments are finding it difficult to attract the needed investment in the productive areas of their economies”, he stated.

He vowed to get the youth in the country job opportunities because the love of the country is still burning in him,
