The police has placed a Ghs20,000 bounty on suspected robbers who attacked a bullion van that was transferring money where they killed a police officer on board and an eye witness on Monday, June 14, 2021.
The Director of Public Affairs of the Ghana Police Service, Supt. Sheila Kessie Abayie-Buckman on Tuesday informed the public about the bounty.
According to her the police is convinced that the money will encourage people to give any information they have about the whereabout of the suspected robbers.
Meanwhile the Inspector General of Police James Oppong-Boanuh has said that if so called security analyst say the police isn’t o top of their game then they don’t know what they are talking about.
