Judge For 10-Year-Old Kasoa Murder Case Resigns From Case

Recall that months ago two teenage boys murdered their 10-year-old friend in Kasoa with claims that a fetish priestess they watched on TV influenced them into the inhumane act for money rituals.

The two boys were apprehended by the Ghana Police.

The case was left in the bossom of Awutu- Ofankor District court and judge Samuel Adjei was to be in charge of the case by making his judgement as to what should be done to these boys.

Information reaching us has it that the judge in charge of the case has resigned from the case. It is reported that not only has he resigned from the case but he has quit his job yet his reasons for resigning isn’t known.

According to report the judge was supposed to preside over the case on 19th May 2021 but he was absent after the two teenagers were brought to court by the police.

On 2nd June he was absent again and this has alarmed the family of the deceased who feel their case isn’t been treated fairly.
