Media General, a media enterprise which has other sub stations like TV3, Onua FM, Onua TV and many others with it has confirmed that Broadcast journalist Captain Smart has joined them after resigning from Angel FM.
TV3 announced this big move by Captain Smart through its official Instagram handle and some netizens were shocked at the move.
Recall that few days ago Captain Smart was taken off air by the CEO of Angel FM with claims that some government officials have pressured him to put the broadcast journalist off air for some time.
He explained that the government officials said the journalist is making government unpopular with his submissions. Well after resigning from Angel he has secured a big deal for himself in less than a month.
The announcement of moving to Media General comes few days after President Nana Addo reacted to his dismissal saga stating that he is for press freedom and media freedom and therefore there is no way the press can be suppressed under his administration.
