In recent times there has been talks about the current state of Ghana and how bad things are going under the ruling new patriotic party.
Some Ghanaians have blamed politicians for deliberately failing Ghanaians while others also blame the cut off age for presidents. They argue that the office of the presidency should be occupied by young and energetic people.
One Ghanaian who buys into the idea that the Presidency should be occupied by the youth is rapper Ayigbe Edem.
In a tweet he proposed that the age for Presidents be brought down and the cut off age be 65 years.
This means that people like President Nana Akufo-Addo wouldn’t get the opportunity to Presidents if they were now aspiring since he was more than the cut of age when he was voted into power.
