20-year-old weightlifter, Julius Ssekitoleko disappeared from his pre-Olympic training camp in Osaka Prefecture on Friday, July 16. He had been preparing as a component of the nine-part Ugandan group in Izumisano, Osaka prefecture, city authorities disclosed.
