Wedding Bells Calling!! – Maya Jama Drops Hint On Second Romantic Holiday With Stormzy

Well, we love what’s happening between Maya Jama and Rapper Stormzy. The two seem to be towing the line of Nelly and Ashanti. Hahahahaha. Maya Jama sent fans into a frenzy when she was spotted holding hands with Stormzy earlier this week and now the Love Island host has got tongues wagging again on Instagram. Wedding coming up….?

Maya Jama has dropped a huge clue she’s on another holiday with Stormzy. The Own It star, and the Love Island host, sent fans into a frenzy when they were spotted holding hands in Greece earlier this week – and now it looks like they’re in Holland.

The couple, who called time on their relationship in 2019, have been keeping us guessing with their social media secrecy, but Maya appears to have confirmed the couple have jetted off together again in her latest Instagram post.

Telling her followers she had just arrived in Amsterdam, she then shared a snap of his and her designer luggage in a taxi, alongside an umbrella. In the photo, a black leather Christian Dior tote sits alongside a Louis Vuitton embossed backpack, which retail for £2,450 and £2,480 respectively. Maya earlier shared a snap from inside a private jet, which included a bottle of white wine, two sandwiches and a double helping of mayonnaise.

The couple ended up being stuck on the tarmac for hours because of the flight chaos, this week after reportedly flying to Athens in a private jet. A source say  eventually, they took off but on another jet and got back late last night. After the pair were spotted together in Greece, Maya again dropped a hint yet that she is back with the rapper, taking to her Instagram with a video of herself holding a glass of red wine. As she watched the sun set over the aqua marine ocean, the track accompanying the clip was Kanye West’s Water, which contains the telling lyrics: “I promise I’m not hiding anything”.

Maya first met Stormzy in 2014 when they were both relatively unknown at the start of their careers. The Love Island host later admitted she fancied him from the start, but the pair were friends for three months before getting together. In a joint interview with Vogue, Maya confessed saying:

“You know, if I’m really honest, I knew I fancied him from the start. But I didn’t want anything yet, because you know, you’re trying to do the whole friend situation at first. And then I’d do, like, obvious hints that I fancied him and then take it back because I didn’t know if he definitely likes me. It was a childish phase. Then one day we just kissed and that was that!”

However, things went sour in 2019 when Maya moved out of the couple’s home and it was all over. At the time they claimed the split was amicable until the presenter unfollowed Stormzy amid allegations he’d cheated on her – which he denied.
