Nigerian comedian Basketmouth Okpocha has taken to his Instagram page to announce the divorce from his wife Elsie after 12 years of marriage. Taking to his social media pages, the comedian dropped a statement claiming even tho he is hurt he has to announce the sad news.
He claim tho they are separated, they will wok towards taking care of their kids while pleading with the public to respect their decision. He wrote: “As much as it pains me to bring my personal life to the public, this is unavoidable situation. After much deliberation, my wife and I have made the difficult decision to end our marriage.”
“As we move forward separately we will continue to work together to give our beautiful children all the care, guidance, love and support they need. We humbly request that you respect our privacy as we navigate through these times. Thank You”
