Online headlines said that Ghanaian Kumawood actress Nana Ama Mcbrown has been fined a whopping Ghc65,000 by a court for contempt. According to reports, Kwame A Plus and Mr. Logic were both charged with contempt in addition to the Actress, who was a guest on the United Showbiz program.
This occurs after a court case between Afia Schwar, a female comedian from Ghana, and Nana Antwi Boasiako, also known as Chairman Wontumi, the Ashanti Regional Chairman, was discussed during one of their live programs.
However Afia Schwar who was Present during the live discussion received the biggest Punishment as she was sentenced to a 10 days jail term after the ruling. Kwame A Plus has finally reaction and according to him, he is shocked at the huge amount of Money they were fined.
In the article, he described how his colleague Nana Ama Mcbrown cautioned him not to express a negative view of the judge on social media since doing so may result in another fine for him.
